secondcities.net is an online catalog and exhibition documenting second cities – under-explored, yet culturally rich urban spaces – through a curated exhibition of experiences + ephemera; writing, images, video and audio. in this collection a loose narrative is constructed, aiming to reveal the true essence of a city and encourage others to discover these hidden gems across the globe for themselves.

the initial prototype, second cities: göteborg, focuses on life in göteborg from my arrival in sweden through the end of 2009. in the future i would like to expand the project to other cities, either through my own travels or the inclusion of other authors/editors/curators in those cities.
